Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

§ 1 Scope

(1) These terms apply to the use of the video platform YouTV. The provider is AIQORA GmbH, Wittener Str. 210, 44803 Bochum (hereinafter the “Provider”). YouTV is a sister product of AIQORA.

(2) For your AIQORA account, the AIQORA General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply in addition. In the event of conflicts, these terms take precedence for YouTV.

(3) Deviating terms of users are not accepted unless the Provider expressly agrees to them.

§ 2 Services

(1) YouTV makes it possible to watch videos and series, to subscribe to channels and, as a creator, to publish your own content.

(2) Use is currently free of charge. There is no entitlement to constant availability or to specific content.

§ 3 Account

(1) Sign-in takes place with an AIQORA account. You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your access credentials secret.

(2) Use is permitted from the age of 16. The account is not transferable.

§ 4 Content from creators

(1) As a creator, you are responsible for all content you upload, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails and subtitles. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to this content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. The Community guidelines apply.

(2) You grant the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to store your content, to convert it technically, to create thumbnails and subtitles from it and to make it publicly available on YouTV. The right ends as soon as you delete a piece of content; the files are then removed within approximately 24 hours.

(3) You must label content generated with artificial intelligence as such when uploading it. Labels must not be removed or obscured.

(4) Channels that AIQORA automatically creates for you when you publish from the AIQORA app are also subject to these terms.

§ 5 Content review

(1) New content is reviewed before publication. The Provider uses automated filters for this; flagged content is reviewed by the moderation team. A rejection is never made solely by automated means.

(2) If the Provider rejects or blocks content, you will receive a statement of reasons in the Creator Studio naming the guideline concerned.

(3) You can appeal a decision within six months by email to info@aiqora.ai. The appeal is reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original decision.

§ 6 Reporting illegal content

If you believe that content is illegal, please report it to info@aiqora.ai. Include the link to the content, an explanation, your name and your email address, and confirm that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. We will confirm receipt, review the report promptly and inform you of our decision.

§ 7 Suspension

In the event of violations of these terms or the Community guidelines, the Provider may remove content and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. In doing so, the Provider takes into account the severity and frequency of the violations.

§ 8 Liability

(1) The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In the case of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

(3) Creators indemnify the Provider against claims asserted by third parties on account of the creator’s illegal content, including reasonable costs of legal defense.

§ 9 Final provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(2) If the user is a merchant (Kaufmann), the place of jurisdiction is Bochum.
