Community guidelines
Last updated: October 2026
To keep YouTV a good place for viewers and creators, the following rules apply to all content. They supplement the Terms of use.
What is not allowed on YouTV
- Sexual / explicit content: No nudity, sexual acts or pornographic content.
- Graphic violence: No glorifying or graphic depictions of violence, animal cruelty or self-harm. Documentary and historical content is allowed if it provides context rather than glorifying.
- Hate speech or harassment: No content that demeans or threatens people, or incites violence against them, because of their origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristics. No support for extremist or terrorist organizations.
- Spam or misleading advertising: No content repeated in bulk, no misleading titles or thumbnails and no hidden or undisclosed advertising.
- Copyright infringement: Only upload content to which you hold the rights or for which you have permission. This also includes music, film clips and images.
- Misleading or false content: No disinformation and no deceptively realistic depictions of real people in situations that never took place (deepfakes). You must label AI-generated content as such.
- Endangering minors: No content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. We report such content to the authorities.
- Other violation: No content that violates applicable law, instructs others to commit crimes or infringes the personality rights of third parties.
How we review content
Every new video is reviewed automatically before publication. Our moderation team looks at flagged content. If a video is rejected, you can see in the Creator Studio which of the points above it violates.
You disagree? Write to us within six months at info@aiqora.ai. Another person on the team will review the decision again.
Reporting content
If you come across content that violates these guidelines, report it to info@aiqora.ai and include the link to the content and the reason.
Consequences of violations
Depending on the severity, we remove content, restrict channels or suspend accounts. We report serious criminal offenses to the competent authorities.
